September 2012 - That was the one where...

We had the Bogan Revolution with the Musos vs the Bogans on Sunday night

Oriana gave us all Nia lessons

Tim took us on a bug walk

Cara, Phil and Rena set up the cameras and tried out light writing with some enthusiastic helpers

Monday night - stong winds. Rob and Rhonda's tent went in and out like a concertina while Mouse woke up with his tent roof next to his face.

Lots of ticks and leeches - Mari took the prize for the most leeches while Rudy had the most ticks.

We went to Rob and Marie's to see the fireflies and the kids caught them in their hands

Graham gave quad bike lessons to his "favourite blonde", Di

Mouse nearly crashed the troopie on the way up to the Houston's place

There were walks to Buchanan's Fort (led by Mouse), Death Adder Valley (with Sue) and Westcray's Grave.

Brian had to have the ambulance called out twice because of his severe reaction to ticks - luckily Celia was on hand!

We set up a kids' disco and Cameron brought his disco lights

The kids played Marimba Idol

We had pipes from the washing up sinks into the back paddock

Mr/Mrs Lacey followed Marley into his tent

There was a vomit bug going around: Sam, Aria, Katja, Siofra, Donna, Mary, Dannielle and Bronwyn all came down with it. Also, not long after, Chris, Cara, Keong and Bu.

Graham's 70th birthday cake was accidentally scoffed by Bron and Sue when they had the munchies

Mouse wore in his anti-gravity non-slip boots

There was lots of car-pooling. Linda was in with Cara and Darryl, Eoin went back with Katina and Tim, Bruce was with Gwen, Bob came with Bron,  Sule went with Chris and Emma. Michelle drove Claire in Claire's car despite the keys being lost (luckily Phil had a spare)

Paula and Lindsey performed a water ballet in the creek

Tahlia wowed us with her singing

Paisley brought her acoustic bass

Cara brought her tin whistles

Juliet brought her marimba

Cameron brought his Regina (that's his piano)

Rob (double bass Rob) talked all about being a Frenzy Yoga Guru and Cara believed him

We battened down the hatches for a huge storm but it turned out to be a bit of a let-down.

Dannielle's welding gloves made a triumphant return

We learned Come On Eileen and To Be Good Takes A Long Time

The kids played Vortex

Colin and Lindsey showed off their fancy new camper trailer

There was a very dodgy meal that smelled very bad but was still eaten

Jenny took the wrong meds and had to visit the hospital

1st timers:

Ian, Arlo and Huxley
Paula and Zoe
Paisley, Penny and Tania
Juliet
Bruce
Jo and Tahlia

The Ukemamas performed at Chester and Norma's place

Bu and Darryl decided to give up smoking to raise money for the West End Wonders' Ride to Conquer Cancer.
